Terms of Service

By placing an order with KokuKids, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Customization

All KokuKids labels are custom-made to order based on the name and design options you select. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, it enters production and changes may not be possible.

2. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA (Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority). A tax invoice will be issued automatically for each order.

3. Payment

We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay via our payment processor (Moyasar). Payment is charged at the time of order placement. We do not store card details on our servers.

4. Shipping

We ship across Saudi Arabia. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. KokuKids is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Since labels are personalized and printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If we have made an error in printing your order, we will reprint or refund at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@kokukids.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All theme designs, graphics, and content on this site are owned by or licensed to KokuKids. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
